Libido, driven by hormones.
A good scene fills the bar; time drains it. The body sets the pace: in a female body it speeds up toward ovulation, in a male body it peaks in the morning.
- 'Horny' at 45, 'Unbearable Lust' at 80
- Empty for long: 'Restless', then 'Sexual Hunger'
- Each Sim has their own base: low, normal or high
- Flirting, seeing someone naked or watching a scene raises it

Everyone has a love language.
Every adult has a primary and sometimes a secondary love language. What they love fills their heart toward you; a full heart supports consent, desire and satisfaction.
- It shows as '?' at first; learn it by their reactions or by asking
- 'Valued' and 'Neglected' moods
- A first time with a full heart leaves a lovely memory
- You can change your own love language

The couple sets the rules.
Monogamous, open, swinging or polyamorous. The agreement belongs to the couple, not the Sim; what's allowed brings no jealousy or cheating, and breaking the rule shakes the relationship.

Nights don't stop.
A sleeping Sim dreams of someone they know and may wake up with a 'Wet Awakening'. Meet someone with very high attraction, and you'll likely see them in your dreams that night.
